Today, I share my latest Reiki meditation experience of connecting with spirit for profound wisdom, inspired by yesterday’s attunement.

Connecting with Spirit Using Reiki

Yesterday during a Reiki master attunement session, I conducted a guided Reiki meditation to assist my student in connecting with spirit.

This decision was made spontaneously as the concept of psychic surgery using Reiki did not seem to resonate with her. I believe it is important not to impose practices on someone who is evidently uncomfortable with them. Additionally, my student expressed difficulty in understanding the HSZSN symbol, also known as the distant healing symbol. To address this, I offered a guided meditation that included both the HSZSN symbol and the master symbol, aimed at facilitating her connection with spirit or her guides to receive profound wisdom. Consequently, she not only successfully integrated the HSZSN symbol and comprehended its deeper significance, but she also gained profound insights. Following this experience, I decided to undertake my own meditation today to receive guidance from my spirit guide as well.

My profound wisdom from connecting with spirit

Due to my experience today, I plan to record a guided meditation for future Reiki master attunements. Then, I can relax and receive my own messages too during future sessions. Connecting with your spirit guides and receiving wisdom is a healing experience. Here is my account of my Reiki meditation.

Never doubt, just flow!

It is not the first time that I have met, ‘The One’ during meditation and I doubt it will be the last time. He has no name funnily enough; however, I have a feeling that he does but I cannot pronounce it. Over the years, Reiki continues teaching me to trust my intuition more and just flow. As a result, any doubt just flashes across my mind and is gone with a smile.

The One, is an ancient soul and I know this because he materialises through a veil of white cloud like swirls and I glimpse furrowed facial lines until his eyes draw me in. His eyes are all that matter. His eyes exude love, unconditional love and such wisdom. He is the father of the earth, and I am his daughter.

Natural healing with Universal spirit

Throughout lifetimes, I have been a natural healer and to show me this, he shows me how I appreciate the Universe in all its glory.

I am drawn to a specific place that I know very well in this physical lifetime. I have such a strong physical connection to watch the sun setting across the bay. Also, I once had a dream and not a pleasant one that I was escaping being sacrificed here. Possibly a glimpse of a past life from deep within my subconscious however, not one that I am ready to fully receive. Somehow though, I glimpsed it again during this meditation, but I refused to explore it.

Worshipping deities was a significant aspect, depicted as leading individuals through picturesque, flower-filled settings and imparting my knowledge. The prevailing sentiments were of love, kindness, and compassion. The flowers were vibrant in colour and exuded sweet fragrances that gently wafted in the breeze.
Next, I was reminded of an actual visit I made to this place last September.

We are always connecting with Universal spirit

Together, me and Mark watched the sun set across the still water of the bay. It was so beautiful and calm, and it was also the eve of a full moon. Once the sunset, Mark and I went for a walk in the small woods and as I write this now, my intuition is telling me that Mark knew what we were about to discover.
On the other side of the rocky headland to the sunset, the full moon was rising, and she was big.

This actual experience that was so wonderfully magical, was not only shown, but felt in my guided meditation. Not only did I feel that Mark is my soul mate through time, I also realised the significance of this moment. The dualistic aspect of both masculine (sun) and feminine (moon) energy were reminders that I am always looked upon by the Universe. Balance, harmony, and peace are offered too me when I fully express my gratitude for witnessing their natural beauty. Hmm, the

DKM with its sun and moon depiction has just come to mind.

I have recently discovered through Ancestry how my ancestors were farmers. Again, I do feel such a strong connection with this.

Summarising my connecting with spirit

To summarise my profound wisdom that I am always open to receiving, I am at one with the Universe and I understand fully my connection with it. My most significant message was to enjoy these feelings as life is short. Being open to the natural beauty, opening my heart to receive love is what I am now experiencing, and I must assist others with feeling it too.

For now, I am smiling.

At one time, I would never have been so bold to express my thoughts and feelings in this way. Today, right now, I am at peace, and I thank my guides for showing me this.
