The Power of Selenite: Cleansing Negative Energy

Selenite is a remarkable crystal known for its high vibrational energy and its ability to cleanse negative energy. This crystal holds a special place in my heart and is one of my favorite crystals to use during Reiki sessions. Its unique properties make it an excellent crystal for sweeping out stagnant energy from my clients’ aura.

Using Selenite in Reiki

During a Reiki session, I utilise the unique properties of Selenite to amplify the healing energy and facilitate the release of negative energy. I gently sweep the Selenite wand or crystal over my client’s body, allowing its cleansing energy to flow through the aura and remove any stagnant or unwanted energy. This process not only helps to cleanse the energy field but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the Reiki treatment.

I rate it so highly that I  gift a piece of it to my Reiki students.
