Here we outline Gemstone, Tarot and Healing’s terms and conditions. These cover all of the Gemstone, Tarot and Healing websites : –

If there is anything you need to ask, please do.

Bookings

  • Age restrictions are in place. You must be at least 18 years of age due to insurance.
  • All appointments and training offered in Amanda’s therapy room situated between Broadgreen and Huyton, Liverpool 16 and are by appointment only.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing information about your booking. If you don’t receive this check spam/junk or get in touch.
  • I am happy to take enquiries over the telephone and online via chat. Please note that I am not always available to answer your queries due to being busy with a client
  • I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Preferred method of contact is by using the contact form supplied on the chosen service page or contact me here.
  • Further contact details are supplied within your confirmation email.
  • All services will include a consultation.

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. I kindly ask that you make your deposit within 24 hours of agreeing your appointment otherwise, it becomes available for other clients
  • I can reschedule your appointment. Please notify myself at least 48 hours before your appointment and I will transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment
  • Refunds will be provided if notified at least 48 hours before your appointment. The refund amount will be minus bank admin fees if applicable, which will be stated to you at the time of enquiry
  • I take payment via card, cash or bank transfer. If paying by cash, please have the correct change as I cannot always provide it.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • I kindly ask all clients wishing to cancel to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment. My contact details can be found here.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling charges are as follows

       

        • Failure to attend or less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given

        • Notifying me up to 48 hours before the appointment, no charge. I will transfer your fee to a rescheduled appointment, or refund you the full amount, minus bank admin fees if applicable

        • Notifying me between 48-24 hours before scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge

    • If due to unexpected life events I’M NOT available, I will refund you the full amount with a sincere apology, or work with you to reschedule

    Booking Reiki Attunement

    • If you have completed Reiki training with another Reiki Master, I will ask for the following. If you don’t have any of these, please get in touch to discuss further.
          • Confirmation that your training was completed in person
          • A copy of your attunement certificate
          • A copy of your Reiki lineage

      Reiki Subscriptions COMING SOON

      • Reiki sessions will be provided as described at TBA

      • Your next monthly session will be scheduled at the time of your session in a timely manner for each consequtive month throughout your subscription duration

      • Any rescheduling is done within the same month  and by 48 hours before a scheduled session.

      • Monthly session is scheduled and completed within the same month, between the 1st and last day of the month.

      • If sessions are not scheduled during the consecutive month, they will not carryover into the next month and the Reiki Subscription will not be extended an additional month(s) to accommodate 

      • Subscriptions or subscription sessions are not transferable, nor can they be gifted to another person.

      • Credit card information is captured by Stripe upon the initial Subscription. A recurring payment will be automatically taken from the credit card used to setup your subsciption.

      COVID Restrictions and other infectious health issues

      • Current COVID guidelines must be adhered to when meeting us face to face
      • If you are not well, please speak to me for further advice regarding attendance

      Prices

      Prices are correct at the time of publishing on the website and in your confirmation of booking email. They are subject to change at any time without any notice given, however, when confirmation of booking has been provided, I will honour that original fee.

      Data Protection/Privacy

      Your data protection – We will not share your data with third parties, and I can assure you that I will treat your session with the strictest of confidence. For full information about how I use your data, please read the privacy page here.

      Purchasing Goods and Delivery

      • A minimum order of £10 is required when online shopping at https://liverpoolcrystals.co.uk
      • Payment can be made via debit or credit card, cash or bank transfer.
      • Deliveries are only made within the UK only
      • Standard UK deliveries usually take 2-5 working days by Royal Mail.
      • Smaller items will be sent using first class mail and larger items sent using second class mail.
      • If your order is of a higher value, a signature may be required upon delivery.
      • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office as they sometimes fail to leave a ‘while you were out’ card.
      • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of you placing the order, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery or send a replacement.
      • Delivery times stated are estimates & cannot be guaranteed at busier periods.

      Returns and Exchanges when Purchasing Goods

      • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain products that haven’t been opened or damaged in your care. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, or purchase if within the physical store. If any goods are damaged on delivery, contact us within 7 days to resolve.
      • If you’re posting an item/s back to us, it must be received within 30 days of delivery. Ensure that you have contacted us prior to sending items back. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
      • We don’t accept cancellations once payment has been made, but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss.
      • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: –
      • Bespoke orders such as jewellery.
      • When you request a bespoke piece of jewellery, photographs will be sent to you of the design before the bracelet is completed. This provides you with the opportunity to agree that you’re happy with the sale, hence no return or exchange.
      • Please note that the colour may vary slightly from the one shown to you due to display screen settings.

      Gift Card Purchases - Online

      A Gemstone, Tarot & Healing gift certificate will allow you to give the gift of healing to the one you love. These are available through our online store.

      • Gemstone, Tarot and Healing electronic gift cards are ONLY available at https://liverpoolcrystals.co.uk
      • You will need a Gemstone, Tarot and Healing store account to purchase and manage your electronic gift card
      • The electronic gift card can only be redeemed online at https://liverpoolcrystals.co.uk
      • You can cancel an electronic gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent. Please call Mark on 07810 868 173
      • You can use the electronic gift card for full or part-payment towards any product or service offered by Gemstone, tarot and Healing 
      • If you don’t redeem the entire value of the electronic gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your electronic gift card until it is used again or until it expires. We won’t give change, nor will we exchange the balance for cash
      • Your electronic gift card will remain active for a total of 5 years from the date of transaction. Any unused amount will be lost
      • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for operational reasons, or to prevent fraud
      • You should treat the electronic gift card like cash and ensure that it is kept safe until you need it

      How it works

      • Your gift card along with your personalised message will be sent via email to you.
      • Electronic gift cards are redeemed at checkout using your unique digit code
      • If using a gift card purchased for a service, please contact Amanda to arrange your appointment first. 07916 543 785.
      • If the total of the order is more than the gift card, the user will see the total discount and then be responsible to checkout and pay for the rest of the items as usual.
      • If the total of the order is less than the gift card, then the money is deducted from the gift card and the customer may use the remainder of the gift card at a later time.

      Gift Card Purchases - Print

      A Gemstone, Tarot & Healing gift certificate will allow you to give the gift of healing to the one you love. These are available for purchase with the addtion of package and postage.

      Our gift vouchers are available in £15 or £20.

      • It is valid up to six months after purchase
      • This gift certificate must be spent in one transaction. No change can be given and your balance cannot be transferred to future purchases
      • The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and is not valid with other promotions and offers
      • No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers, and such gift certificates will not be refunded or replaced
      • To redeem your gift certificate, please present the full voucher
      • If booking a service, please ensure that you have read our terms and conditions
      • We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice

      Customs and Import Tax

      Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

      Legal Disclaimer for Tarot Readings

      All tarot readings given are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. The client is responsible for his/her life choices and decisions. Amanda Norman is not qualified to provide legal, financial, medical, or any other advice. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer form prior to the reading.

      Energy Healing, Crystals, Hypnotherapy, and Holistic Therapies Disclaimer

      Reiki, crystals, hypnotherapy and other holistic therapies that Amanda provides are not substitutes for traditional medical or psychological treatment. Information provided either verbally by Amanda Norman, Mark Kneale of Gemstone, Tarot and Healing, or on this website, are not designed to diagnose, cure or prevent any disease/illness. You should always consult with your health care practitioner or GP in the first instance.

      Due to recent changes in UK Law enacted on 26th May 2008, Gemstone, Tarot and Healing would like to advise that when we talk about, discuss or hand out literature relating to the healing properties of crystals and stones, we are communicating our own personal beliefs and the results of our own extensive research.

      Just because a crystal or stone is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you will definitely experience or benefit from any such properties.

      Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form or electronically relating to crystals and stones purchased from Gemstone, Tarot and Healing, should be received and understood in the above context.

      Gemstone, Tarot and Healing will consider that purchase of crystals, minerals, stones or jewellery from Gemstone, Tarot and Healing is made on the basis of your own freedom of choice.

      Hypnotherapy Disclaimer

      Hypnotherapy, as with any other treatment, hypnotherapy does not guarantee a successful outcome. There are so many factors that can influence the outcome, making it difficult to know beforehand the success rate. It is one method available to holistic therapists and has had success with certain conditions more than other methods. All I can tell you is that as a trained hypnotherapist, I will supply you with a safe environment and the tools for you to make the changes. As my commitment to my professional standards, I’m also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.

      Your Expectations

      It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving any services or products listed via this site. Crystals and their healing properties are not scientifically proven. From my own practical experience and extensive research, crystals and their energies can be successful for some, but not everyone. The same applies to all holistic therapy treatments.

      Prior to any holistic treatment or service that Amanda provides, a consultation will take place.
