- Age restrictions are in place. You must be at least 18 years of age due to insurance.
- All appointments and training offered in Amanda’s therapy room situated between Broadgreen and Huyton, Liverpool 16 and are by appointment only.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing information about your booking. If you don’t receive this check spam/junk or get in touch.
- I am happy to take enquiries over the telephone and online via chat. Please note that I am not always available to answer your queries due to being busy with a client
- I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Preferred method of contact is by using the contact form supplied on the chosen service page or contact me here. Further contact details are supplied within your confirmation email.
- All services will include a consultation.
Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. I kindly ask that you make your deposit within 24 hours of agreeing your appointment otherwise, it becomes available for other clients
- If you notify myself at least 48 hours before your appointment, I will transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment, or refund you the full amount, minus bank admin fees if applicable
- I take payment via card, cash or bank transfer. If paying by cash, please have the correct change as I cannot always provide it.
Cancellations and No-shows
- I kindly ask all clients wishing to cancel to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment. My contact details can be found here.
- Cancellation and rescheduling charges are as follows
- Failure to attend or less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given
- Notifying me up to 48 hours before the appointment, no charge. I will transfer your fee to a rescheduled appointment, or refund you the full amount, minus bank admin fees if applicable
- Notifying me between 48-24 hours before scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge
- If due to unexpected life events I’M NOT available, I will refund you the full amount with a sincere apology, or work with you to reschedule
Booking Reiki Attunement
- If you have completed Reiki training with another Reiki Master, I will ask for the following
- Confirmation that your training was completed in person
- A copy of your attunement certificate
- A copy of your Reiki lineage
- If you don’t have any of these, please get in touch to see what can be arranged.
COVID Restrictions and other infectious health issues
- Current COVID guidelines must be adhered to when meeting us face to face
- If you are not well, please speak to me for further advice regarding attendance
Prices
Prices are correct at the time of publishing on the website and in your confirmation of booking email. They are subject to change at any time without any notice given, however, when confirmation of booking has been provided, I will honour that original fee.

Hypnotherapy Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy, as with any other treatment, hypnotherapy does not guarantee a successful outcome. There are so many factors that can influence the outcome, making it difficult to know beforehand the success rate. It is one method available to holistic therapists and has had success with certain conditions more than other methods. All I can tell you is that as a trained hypnotherapist, I will supply you with a safe environment and the tools for you to make the changes. As my commitment to my professional standards, I’m also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.
Your Expectations
It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving any services or products listed via this site. Crystals and their healing properties are not scientifically proven. From my own practical experience and extensive research, crystals and their energies can be successful for some, but not everyone. The same applies to all holistic therapy treatments.
Prior to any holistic treatment or service that Amanda provides, a consultation will take place.
Purchasing Goods
Delivery Times
We offer click and collect or postage, which is via Royal Mail.
Smaller items will be sent using first class mail and larger items sent using second class mail.

A minimum order amount of £5 is required.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain products that haven’t been opened or damaged in your care. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, or purchase if within the physical store. If any goods are damaged on delivery, contact us within 7 days to resolve.
If you’re posting an item/s back to us, it must be received within 30 days of delivery. Ensure that you have contacted us prior to sending items back. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don’t accept cancellations once payment has been made, but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: –
Bespoke orders such as jewellery.
When you request a bespoke piece of jewellery, photographs will be sent to you of the design before the bracelet is completed. This provides you with the opportunity to agree that you’re happy with the sale, hence no return or exchange.
