Using your Mala Necklace

1. Hold the big bead above the tassel known as the guru or spirit bead
2. Set your intention or affirmation
3. Now repeat while holding each of the big beads on your necklace
4. Upon returning to the guru/spirit bead, seal your intention with giving gratitude to your guides
5. Wear your necklace to remind you of your affirmation
