Meditating with Charoite turned into a combination of Reiki, moon magic and deep inner healing. As a result, I explore my findings of why Charoite of all my crystals, was resonating with my soul.
Introduction
To begin with, a recent customer selected a piece of Charoite as a Christmas present for his sister. As soon as I saw it, instantly I was not wanting to sell it.
I do this so often when selecting crystals for resale because I carefully select each one based on my feelings at the time. Of course, I did sell it because I do have my own piece.
Therefore, I chose Charoite to do some meditating with because I wanted to know why it is strongly resonating with me at this moment in time. Thankfully, I am beginning to find out. I say ‘beginning’ because my intuition is telling me that I will need to be doing this more than once.
Charoite and Moon Magic
Coincidentally, the current moon phase is a waning gibbous within the balsamic phase. Subsequently, this is a time for inner reflection on how well I have been performing during this moon’s cycle.
Due to always keeping my piece of Charoite in my pocket, I am trusting my intuition that this is my next moon phase crystal, which will be assisting me with my goals and continual self-development.
Finally, before I begin with my findings of meditating with Charoite, I have already attempted two meditations with it. Unfortunately, Mark has interrupted me each time, which is a reminder to tell him that I am going to do a meditation. Thankfully though, it has not been in vain.
First time meditating with Charoite
Although only brief, the feelings of peace and love were immensely strong.
Visioning myself sitting within a clearing of a large and beautiful meadow was extremely easy. The low orange glow of the sun was kissing the tall flowers, and I recollect how a client for learning Reiki the day before had described feeling peaceful. Here I was again, experiencing a feeling of ‘oneness.’ Even though Mark cut short my session of meditating, that moment of stillness was wonderfully healing. As a result, I am smiling now as I am writing this journal.
Later, that day, I returned to my session of meditating.
Charoite is my Reiki stone
Now, you would have thought I would have learned my lesson by telling Mark not to disturb me. Sadly, not! However, in this session I received profound wisdom about Charoite.
My piece of polished Charoite feels so soft and smooth. I am wondering now if it will ever get cold.
When focusing on the colours, I began focusing on the green spots. The hint of soft shades of green are so calming, which leads me to thinking of my heart chakra. Subsequently, I begin experiencing feelings of kindness, compassion, and love.
The shades of light-coloured sand are my next focal point, and I am instantly aware of my root chakra with feelings of calm. Also, I was fully aware of the black streaks within Charoite, protecting me. Subsequently, I discover that this is my ‘Eureka’ moment!
Suddenly, thinking about those shades of lilac lead me to my crown chakra. In addition, there are pearl like streaks of pure white feathers seen in Charoite and instantly, I am aware of the flow of Reiki, flowing through my crown, brow, heart, and root chakra. In this moment, I am connecting with heaven and earth energy via my heart. As a result, I am discovering that Charoite is my Reiki stone!
Feeling magical
I love feeling magical and at one with myself, and the Universe. This is why it is important to reflect as I get to experience those feelings from yesterday, again. Coincidentally, I also have my piece of Charoite next to my keyboard. Furthermore, I cannot help thinking about my journey of inner healing over Christmas.
I am not feeling Christmas because I feel saddened about the commercial aspect of it.
Additionally, I am going to admit to allowing my negative feelings of hurt and betrayal to overpower my reasons for gifting.
Charoite and Yuletide
I cannot express how relieved I am that I have had to experience these feelings of guilt, of being ashamed, as a form of deep inner healing.
As a result, I followed my heart and gave gifts for the feelings of love. Although warnings of potential hurt were present, I discovered LOVE instead. You may think that I should know this already?
Well, at the end of the day, I am only human, and I am still navigating my past traumas. Within my various journals, I share my highs and lows in the hope that some will be of benefit. Charoite therefore, heals your traumas in a gentle way.
Thankfully, life just gets better and better.
Yuletide and ancient practices are something that I am resonating strongly with.
Forget all this commercial BULL!
Feel the love of family. Rejoice in your successes and prepare for a new year. Bring in the light of truth and dispel any darkness. There are so many feelings of hope and renewal at this time of year. We are currently midwinter when it is dark and cold.
I for one have fell into the need to splash the cash believing that this will bring me joy. Thinking about this further, sadly, I am, or was, conditioned to this aspect of Christmas.
When I find that I do not have enough funds, I justify in my own mind, who deserves a present, and how much. I am ashamed and sadly, I am fully aware of how commercialised my brain had become.
As you may gather, I have been contemplating my actions and subsequently, discovering a new beginning.
Has Charoite been assisting me with this?
Today’s meditating with Charoite
Today, I put time aside to meditate with Charoite without any disturbances. My findings are interesting.
I easily began visualising myself sitting upon the crystals surface surrounded by the meadow’s flowers. This time however, the glow of the moon was gently showering down upon me offering me protection while gazing at the beauty of the twinkling night sky.
Also, I was aware of the moon reflecting on the still waters of the bay and how peaceful and magical I was feeling.
The pearl like, white feather streaks within Charoite lead me to thinking of moonlight showering down throughout my entire being. Of course, I am also preparing for tomorrow’s NEW MOON and discovering and confirming what is preventing me from obtaining my goals.
I do believe that Charoite makes my visualising so much easier as sometimes I do struggle with this. I am more a feeler and I feel the magic of the moon’s presence upon me.
It is during winter that I find the sky is at its most magnificent therefore, it is easier for me to visualise.
Upon reflection of today’s meditating with Charoite, I conclude that Charoite is indeed my stone of Reiki.

Combining moon magic, Reiki, and crystal healing into one meditation session offers me so many benefits hence, the reason I know that I am not finished meditating with Charoite.
My journey is only just beginning.
