This is a follow-up to my Living in Fear post, but also my thoughts about my journey of healing.
My Journey of Healing
You must have heard the phrase, ‘wake-up call’?
Well, back in 2017, I experienced my ‘wake-up call’.
My higher self was screaming to be freed from the HELL HOLE that I was creating for myself.
It’s easy for me to talk openly about how I felt back then with my anxiety and depression.
Thinking back to my dark days, I remember this sudden realisation that I cannot go on like this any longer. My higher-self was telling me to do something now!
This was my ‘wake-up call‘!
I knew at this moment in time that I had a choice to make.
Live or die!
I chose to live, and without realising it, I also chose to heal.
Many moons later and I’m a proud spiritual healer.
It’s the path that I choose to live and one that makes me shine. I can hear you questioning the word ‘shine’. Let me explain…
You may remember me telling you about a sweet old man who came in looking for a crystal?
I could sense how down he was, and his energy certainly wasn’t shining. He was depressed and worried about his health. He was most certainly living in fear. Of course, I worked my magic for him and I also thought about him daily.
Yesterday, he surprised me with a visit in my shop.
At first, I thought he was a customer waiting for a tarot reading. It wasn’t until I saw his face LIGHT UP that I realised who he was.
There was no mistaking his SHINE!
Two weeks earlier, he was a shadow of himself and now he’s simply shining. He’s living his life again and not living in fear.
Deep down I knew that my calling, my dream was to help others heal. I had been through Hell, but I’ve learned so much and I wanted to help others.
Mr. J’s visit made me shine. He is my message from the Universe that I am achieving what I once only dreamed of. His positive shining energy sets mine alight. I just can’t tell you how happy I am and more importantly, how happy he is.
Follow your dreams and SHINE.
Don’t allow fear to hold you back from living your life.
Sometimes you have to take a deep breath and challenge your fears head on. There’s no other way, but with the correct support you can climb out of your HELL hole.
