The imagery on the tarot card above shows a man looking at the woman behind him. It can sometimes represent that the people around you, maybe holding you back.

Questions you should be asking yourself are: –

  • Are they trustworthy?
  • Do they support me in my quest for a better future?
  • Should I be making sacrifices so that I can move forward?

If the people surrounding you do in fact support you, you need to consider your ego mind. Are you allowing your ego mind to altar your perception?

How to solve a challenging situation

What scares you most needs to be challenged. Ask yourself: –

  • If I go ahead, what IS the worst thing that WILL happen?

Your fear is irrational if your answer includes, maybe, or probably, because it’s not a reality!

The Five of Swords asks you to pause and listen to the truth of the situation. Acting right now is pointless and destructive.

Maybe it’s time to examine your self-belief system, so that you can alter your mental state of fear into one of opportunity.
